The care case is the main record
Zekeba stores the stain type, fabric, garment color, treatment steps, progress, chosen outcome and creation/update dates for a case. A case may also refer to before-and-after photos, stage timer dates, reminder identifiers and a generated treatment-card file. History is built from the saved local cases; a result such as Improved or Removed is the status you choose, not a sensor measurement of a garment.
Before-and-after images
Add Before and Add After use the system photo picker for the image you select. Built-in sample images can also be copied into the app’s local files. These images provide a visual reference for the case and may appear in an exported treatment card. Selecting a photo does not delete or change its original in Photos. Decide whether people or private surroundings in an image are necessary to show the stain.
Timers and optional notifications
Starting a reminder asks iOS for notification permission. When allowed, the app schedules a local treatment reminder using the selected step and timer. You may decline and continue viewing the plan and using the visible timer. iOS notification settings control presentation and delivery; closing or clearing a case is not a promise that a reminder will never appear. Review notification settings if an alert is no longer wanted.
Payment and the local coin ledger
Optional consumable coin packs use Apple StoreKit. Apple handles the purchase-account and payment details. A successful verified purchase credits a local balance and records a ledger entry with the coin amount, product description, time and a transaction-identifier representation. Native treatment-card export actions can also create ledger entries linked to the saved case and output file.
Exported cards and record clearing
Generating a PDF or PNG creates a local treatment-card file. The share sheet passes that file to the destination you select; that destination handles its own copy. Clear Bench resets saved case and ledger records, entry choices and the local coin balance. Image and generated export files may remain in the app’s file storage after the record reset until the app’s storage is removed. Clearing the database does not recall shared cards or erase originals in Photos. Device backups are controlled through iOS settings.
Policy questions and support mail
The legal website receives ordinary connection information, such as IP address and browser details, when delivering a requested page. A message sent to talk@zekeba.app provides your email address and any case details, photographs or attachments you include. For timer or export help, describe the step and message first; do not send private images or payment credentials unless genuinely needed for the issue. The date above identifies policy changes.
